I record because I do not want to forget. I am interested in the natural, the human and the tiny details. My images reveal the beauty and poetry we can find in every corner. I am strongly influenced by place and how I grew up, constantly in contact with nature, barefoot running through fields, eating fruit I just picked from a tree. Photographing on film allows me to slow down, focus and give importance to each image. The process is tangible, real and extremely rewarding. My photography is spontaneous. I let my experiences and emotions dictate the rules. It is a process of self-knowing and expression.
