ALWAYS SHINING , 2021
I am interested in street photography and living in London has been pivotal for me. Ever since the first ever Extinction Rebellion march, I fell in love with being in that atmosphere, and my shutter kept me going. During the peak of the protests in 2018-2019, there were crowds of people all around central London who radiated with excitement and love. The following images reveal parts of my journey throughout these protests.
My work is specifically selected and organised with gratitude and respect in mind to all women rebels. The photographs show that there is no age constrains against the will to fight for a better future. We find ourselves in a climate crisis and who better to reminds us of who we are in these difficult times than our loving mothers, sisters and friends.
